Man reports theft of computers, guns

IRONTON -- The following information was compiled from Lawrence County Sheriff's Department reports:

BURGLARY: A 27-year-old Proctorville area man reported last week that someone stole several computers, a pistol, a shotgun, coins, jewelry, automotive supplies, video games and game systems, DVDs and a tattoo kit. The items were valued at $42,003.

BURGLARY: A 58-year-old South Point area man reported Sunday that someone stole a plasma TV valued at $1,200.

BURGLARY: A 51-year-old South Point area man reported Sunday that someone stole a TV and an X-box system from his residence in Perry Township.

THEFT: A 67-year-old Proctorville area man reported earlier last week that someone sold items from an estate and hasn't paid him $21,363.

THEFT: A 40-year-old South Point area woman reported last week that someone stole jewelry valued at $6,000 from her residence in Fayette Township.

FORGERY: A 76-year-old Ironton area woman reported earlier this month that someone stole cash, three checks and tools. The items were valued at $645.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: A 73-year-old South Point man reported earlier this month that someone stole tools valued at $675 from a storage building on his property in Fayette Township.
