Scioto woman arrested on drug charge

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- A Scioto County woman has been arrested on a drug possession charge, according to the office of Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini.

Dodie M. Conley, 46, of Dogwood Ridge Road, Wheelersburg, was charged Thursday evening with possession more than 30 oxycodone pills, according to a news release.

The Southern Ohio Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at an address in the 1100 block of Boren Boulevard in Wheelersburg, and drugs were found. A pistol also was found following a search at Conley's residence, according to the release.

Conley was charged with possession of oxycodone and transported to the Scioto County Jail.
