Two people arrested on operating a meth lab
RACELAND, Ky. -- Two people were arrested earlier this week in the 500 block of Crump Street and charged with operating a meth lab in the bedroom of a juvenile child, according to a news release from the FIVCO Area Drug Enforcement Task Force.
David O. Wellman 32, and Vickie A. Stepp, 27, both were charged with wanton endangerment and possession of a controlled substance. The meth lab was dismantled by authorities, according to the release.
