Jackson man arrested after weekend burglary
PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- A Jackson, Ohio, man has been arrested on burglary and weapons charges following a burglary over the weekend at a Scioto County residence, according to the office of Sheriff Marty V. Donini.
Milford E. Clark, 33, of Jackson, was charged with one count of burglary and one count of having weapons while under disability. He was lodged in the Scioto County Jail on $52,500 bond, according to a news release.
A Scioto Furnace area resident reported a burglary at his residence on Saturday. The man said two guns were stolen, according to the report. Deputies investigating the case found that the guns had been sold. A suspect was detained for questioning and later arrested, according to the release.
