Police arrest woman, seize drugs, $500
PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- Members of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force seized heroin and more than $500 in cash along with drug paraphernalia and criminal tools after serving a search warrant earlier this week, according to Portsmouth Police Chief Robert Ware II and Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini.
Authorities arrested Hollie K. Lusk, 23, at a residence on Auburn Avenue on Tuesday, according to a news release. She was charged with possession of heroin and possession of criminal tools and lodged in the Scioto County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond, according to the release.
The case will be submitted to an upcoming grand jury, according to the release.
