Lawrence County lists road repairs

IRONTON -- Two Lawrence County roads are scheduled to be closed starting Monday for resurfacing or culvert replacement work, according to the office of County Engineer Doug Cade.

County Road 52 (Sugar Creek Johnstown Road) is scheduled to be closed for about two days for paving.

County Road 69 (Indian Guyan Road) is scheduled for closure about five days for a culvert replacement project. The detour is Ohio 775 and Ohio 243.

Several other roads are closed as part of ongoing landslide repairs. They are a section of County Road 6, scheduled for completion Sept. 17; County Road 46, expected to be finished Sept. 6; and County Road 35, set to be completed by Sept. 30.
