Two arrested on meth charges
SOUTH SHORE, Ky. -- Two Portsmouth, Ohio, residents were arrested Tuesday on meth charges, according to a news release from Greenup County Sheriff Keith Cooper.
Garrett Boyd, 23, and Breanna Horton, no age listed, were arrested in the Clifford Loop area of South Shore, according to the release. They were arrested by Ryan Houston, a sheriff's deputy, and South Shore Police Chief Bill Sword.
Boyd and Horton were charged with wanton endangerment, manufacturing meth and being in possession of meth precursors.
