Man pleads guilty to breaking and entering

IRONTON -- A South Point area man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court to a charge of breaking and entering, according to the office of Prosecuting Attorney Brigham Anderson.

Nicholas B. Blalock, 28, of County Road 15, will be sentenced next week. Charges of possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Blalock faces up to a year in prison.
