Scioto man arrested on several charges
LUCASVILLE, Ohio -- A 49-year-old Scioto County man was arrested Tuesday on a probation violation, and several marijuana plants and criminal tools also were confiscated by officers, according to a news release from the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force.
Lorne "Rocky" Dingess of Isaac Rickey Road, Lucasville, was arrested about 3 p.m. Tuesday on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Portsmouth Municipal Court for violating probation. He was transported to the Scioto County Jail in Portsmouth.
The case will be presented to an upcoming Scioto County grand jury for consideration on drug charges, according to the release.
