Five sentenced in Boyd County

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Five people were sentenced to prison Friday in Boyd County Circuit Court, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.

Michael Warrix, 26, of Kenova, was sentenced by Judge C. David Hagerman to five years in prison for theft.

Misty Evans, 37, of Ashland, was sentenced by Judge George B. Davis III to three years in prison for drug trafficking.

Sharon Stumbaugh, 32, of Ashland, was sentenced by Davis to three years in prison for drug trafficking.

Charles Perkins, 30, of Ashland, was sentenced by Davis to a year in prison for burglary.

Rebecca Lance, 33, of Ashland, was sentenced by Hagerman to a year in prison for theft.
