Fairland A Team wins several awards

PROCTORVILLE -- The Fairland Dragons "A" Team Cheerleaders have logged a successful season for 2012.

The squad won first place technical and first place cheer, for the overall A team title, in the Tri-State Youth Football League Cheer Competition at Cabell Midland High School on Oct. 13.

They also won first-place technical cheer and first place dance at the Ona Invitational cheerleading competition on Sunday, Sept. 23.

Team members are Deanna Hall, Kati Trevathan, Olivia Roberts, Makenzee Kazee, Laken Hannon, Haleigh Fuller, Halie Williams, Natalie Wireman, Erinn Hayden, Maddi Flynn, Maddie Nibert and Chelsee Graham.

Coaches are Kayla Ferguson and C.J. Spears.
