WHAT: The 7th Annual Appalachian Uprising

WHERE: Eden Valley Farm at Scottown, Ohio

WHEN: June 5-7

WHO: Nearly 40 bands including Sam Bush will be back for the 7th consecutive year. Also, The Avett Brothers, Nashville Bluegrass Band, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, The Grascals, The Steeldrivers, Bawn in The Mash, Melvin Goins and Windy Mountain, One Way Rider, Jessica Lea Mayfield, ETA, Steep Canyon Rangers and County Line II.

GET TICKETS: Tickets are $35 daily or $90 for the weekend. Workshops are $20 a piece and all children 12 and under get in free with a paying adult. Free primitive camping with a weekend ticket.

EARLY CAMPING: Farm open at noon, Monday, June 2. Camping is $12 nightly per campsite for folks with a weekend pass.

WORKSHOPS: Wednesday, June 4 workshops with Dave Asti (mandolin, guitar and banjo) and Randy Wilson (drumming).

RULES/WHAT YOU NEED: No ATVs, vendors provided, a Thursday Free Bean and Cornbread Meal, Campers should bring full tanks of water, Pets allowed but all pets must be kept on a leash, 24-hour security, no alcohol in stage area; no glass, designated recycling. Rain or shine and no refunds.

DIRECTIONS: From I-64 West. Take I-64 West. Get off on Exit 6 in West Virginia and continue on US-52N for approximately 1.6 miles 2) After crossing the bridge, take the exit towards Chesapeake/Gallipolis and continue on Ohio 7 North for approximately 4 miles. 3) Turn left onto Ohio 775 North until it joins Ohio 217 after approximately 8 miles. Continue, and when the two roads split, stay right to continue on Ohio 217. 4) Take the next left onto County Road 37, and follow for approximately 1.5 miles. 5) Turn left at Windsor Township Road #225 and follow the gravel driveway until you reach Eden Valley Farm.
