Ohio A Scioto County woman was killed in a one-car accident on Ohio 104 Monday afternoon, and her one-year-old daughter was listed in stable condition in a Huntington hospital, according to a news release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Theodore Wilson was born into involuntary servitude on August 17, 1855, in Cabell County, Virginia. The house he was born in stood on the bank of the Ohio River but was in the midst of a country setting. The location is now in the heart of Huntington, about two blocks north of Marshall University.
