Winfield United Methodist invites area youth to VBS

WINFIELD -- Area youth are invited to attend Crocodile Dock Vacation Bible School at Winfield United Methodist Church (behind McDonald's) Monday, July 27 through Friday, July 31.

Activities include Crawfish Crafts, Swamp Stomp, Gator Games and more, all while "learning where fearless kids shine God's Light!" according to a press release from the church.

A light dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. each day of the Bible school; activities will begin at 6 p.m. The dinner is free, but donations are welcome. The Bible school is also free.

Church of God invites kids to Bible school

SCOTT DEPOT -- Children are invited to attend vacation Bible school on six Wednesdays this summer at the Teays Valley Church of God in Scott Depot.

The game-show style events began on Wednesday, June 3, and will continue at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday through July 8, with a program for friends and family.

Children can discover stories of Bible people who decided to team up with God and "Go for it!" Kids will do service projects in the community, play games, enjoy snacks and create crafts that remind them to "Go" and make a difference wherever they are.

Milton church invites kids, adults to attend VBS

MILTON -- Milton Baptist Church invites all children -- and adults -- to attend its upcoming Vacation Bible School, SonRock Kids Camp.

The camp will run from 5:45 to 8:30 nightly, June 28 through July 2.

Everyone is welcome, with classes offered for children age 3 through middle school, as well as a nursery and an adult class.

Each evening will include music, crafts, games and food, along with Bible stories. Children will even get a chance to meet some new friends in the SonRock forest.
