CAMC Teays Valley Center marks one-year anniversary
HURRICANE, W.Va. -- CAMC Teays Valley Hospital Family Resource Center continues to offer educational programs to the community as it celebrates it's one-year anniversary in the valley this September.
Family Life Coordinator Kelly Gilbert said she's excited about the community's response to the programs offered through the Teays location and is glad to see families benefiting from the prenatal, child and family-based information they provide.
"It's a very user-friendly campus. Parking is free, and it's a great group of staff that's there," Gilbert said. "It's a nice hospital that has a good feeling when you walk through the door."
The center is currently taking registration for childbirth classes to be held Sept. 3-24 on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Spouses, partners, friends and family are welcome to accompany the expectant mother. Registration is required.
For more class information, go to www.camc.org and look under the family resource center icon or register by calling 304-345-9051.
