Hurricane man leads police chase, gets DUI

BELLE, W.Va. -- A Hurricane man was charged early Monday morning with third-offense third offense driving on a revoked license for a DUI, a felony, after a short police chase in Belle in Kanawha County.

Joey Keith Jeffery, 39, of Hurricane was arrested by the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department, according to the agency.

Jeffery was originally taken to South Central Regional Jail and was released on a $10,000 bond.
