'An Evening in Monte Carlo' to benefit Prestera Foundation

Oct. 11, 2013 @ 09:10 AM

CHARLESTON -- You are invited to be whisked away to Monte Carlo while helping to raise funds for a mental health treatment network that serves patients in Putnam and seven other counties.

The Prestera Foundation's 2013 fall benefit, titled "An Evening in Monte Carlo," will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Charleston Marriott Town Center. Tickets were still available at press time.

Guests will enjoy casino-like games, tapas-style heavy hors d'oeuvres, and the live musical talents of the blues, soul and rock n' roll band Jabberwocky. There will also be items available for bidding in a silent auction and a prize raffle. All proceeds will go directly to the Prestera Foundation to support Prestera Center's mission of ensuring everyone has access to high quality behavioral health and addictions recovery services regardless of their ability to pay.

Tickets for the event are now on sale for $75 per person or $140 per couple. There are also sponsorship and advertising opportunities available with tables of ten starting at $1,000. To buy or reserve tickets or for more information, contact Douglas Evans at 304-341-0511, ext. 1692, or douglas.evans@prestera.org.

Prestera Center provides mental health and addiction recovery services at more than 50 behavioral health facilities located across an eight county service area. Each year Prestera Center's more than 850 staff members provide care to more than 20,000 individuals regardless of their ability to pay.
