Chamber to host Halloween masquerade
HURRICANE -- The Putnam County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a "Masquerade, Music & More Night" from 7 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Sleepy Hollow Golf Clu.
The evening of entertainment is sponsored in part by AEP John Amos Plant, Barnes Agency, Children First, Putnam County Title Insurance Agency, Toyota and Tyree, Embree & Leslie, PLLC.
Festivities for the evening include hors d'oeuvres and beverages (cash bar available serving alcohol) and music provided by The Freeway Band.
Guests are encouraged to attend in costume and contend for the "People's Choice Award. A silent auction will feature a variety of items including several pieces of fine art, a flat-screen TV, GPS unit, home furnishings, rounds of golf, vacation packages, jewelry, personal services and much more.
Casino games will also be available.
Tickets are $35 per person or $50 per couple and can be purchased at the Chamber office.
