Hearing to discuss East Lynn Lake Coal Lease set for July 31
WAYNE -- A hearing to receive comments on the East Lynn Lake Coal Lease Draft Land Use Analysis/Draft Environmental Impact Statement will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at Wayne Town Hall.
The date of the meeting was incorrect in the July 11 edition of The Herald- Dispatch.
The Bureau of Land Management will take public comments on the proposed coal lease sale, the fair market value of the coal and maximum economic recovery of the federal coal resources.
Comments recorded at the meeting will be recorded in the official public record.
