Huntington City Mission announces hire, promotion
HUNTINGTON -- Huntington City Mission announces that William "Billy" Conley III has been promoted to the position of Men's Department coordinator and Gary Hinchman has been hired to the position of head chaplain.
Conley will be responsible for the day to day operation, staffing, insuring department wide compliance to mission regulations and quality care for mission guests.
He brings to the position experience in corrections, first aid and conflict resolution. He will graduate from Marshall University in the fall with a RBA.
Hinchman's responsibilities will include but not be limited to; pastoral counseling, establishing programming and spiritual interviews.
He brings to the job a wealth of experience, including degrees from Marshall University and Dallas Theological Seminary, plus extensive teaching and pastoral experience. Hinchman has also developed a Biblical lifestyle coaching program called "A Healthy Life Matrix."
