Carter County residents among those indicted
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Two Carter County residents were among more than a dozen people indicted Friday by a Boyd County grand jury.
Marsha Louise Gollihue, 27 of Willard, Ky., and Brandon Dale Scott, 23, of Grayson, Ky., both were charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, public intoxication, controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michelle D Gullett, 24, of Ashland, was charged with possession of controlled substances, tampering with evidence and promoting contraband.
Amber Lacks, 25, of Russell, Ky., was charged with four counts of forgery.
Also indicted were:
- Charles David Parks, 21, of Ashland, on a charge of receiving stolen property.
- Abraham H. Munoz, 24, of Catlettsburg, on a charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
- Amanda K. Isaacs, 27, of Catlettsburg, on a charge of receiving stolen property.
- David E. Criswell, 54, of Ashland, on three counts of forgery.
- Charles Nelson Ison, 25, of Ashland, on a charge of promoting contraband.
- Kevin D. Wilson, 35, and Molly Sue Wilson, 36, both of Huntington, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
- Charles S. Thompson Jr., 30, of Ashland, was charged with criminal possession of a forged prescription.
- Shane Michael Dennis, 21, of Ashland, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
- Terri L. Fitch, 47, of Ashland, on a charge of trafficking in controlled substance.
- David Anthony Kimmell Jr., 22, of Grayson, Ky., on charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.
- Leland Thomas, 25, of Ashland, was charged with possession of controlled substance.
- Robert S. Frasher, 25, of Ashland, was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
An indictment is a formal charge against a person by a grand jury. It does not establish guilt or innocence.
