Blotter: Man reports being robbed while working on vehicle

The following information was provided by reports filed with the Huntington Police Department:

ARMED ROBBERY: A 45-year-old man reported he was putting water into the radiator of his car in the 2300 block of 10th Avenue on Wednesday evening when two men approached him from behind and demanded his money. The suspects got away with $100 in cash, but no more information was available at the time of the report.

BURGLARY: A 54-year-old man reported someone entered his home in the 1900 block of Adams Avenue and took $905 in electronics while he was at work Wednesday.

BURGLARY: A 70-year-old woman reported someone forced entry into her home in the 500 block of West 23rd Street sometime Monday and took a $100 jewelry box which contained $7,500 in jewelry.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:

Jeffery Dustin Campbell, 28, was incarcerated at 3:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County arrested him on a felony bail piece. Bond was denied.

Adrien Warren Allen, 26, was incarcerated at 1:45 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony operating a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
