WINFIELD, W.Va. -- The November 2008 Term Putnam County Grand Jury has returned with 34 indictments.

It is alleged that 34 individuals committed 93 felonies and 32 misdemeanors. The following is a list of those individuals, including their last-known address and offenses for which they were indicted:

Ronnie D. Adkins, 222 Camp Branch Road, Sweetland, W.Va., driving under the influence of alcohol, third and subsequent offense.

Coldan D. Calvert, 10 Oakwood Drive, Elkview, W.Va., failure to provide registration changes (3).

Brandon J. Carter, 1434 Stuart St., Charleston, W.Va., attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, attempt to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudoephedrine with the intent to use it in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Michael D. Caruthers, 318 Cross Lanes Drive, Nitro, W.Va., entering without breaking and grand larceny.

Sherry L. Copen, 158 Burns Road, Scott Depot, W.Va., driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense.

Grant M. Crul, 24 Christopher Drive, Hurricane, W.Va., grand larceny, destruction of property, conspiracy to commit grand larceny and conspiracy to commit destruction of property.

Danae E. Cyrus, 1826 Lotus Drive, Charleston, W.Va., attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, attempt to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (3), obstructing a law-enforcement officer, driving on a suspended license and driving without the required security.

Daniel R. Dawson, Jr., 121 Hulbert Heights Road, Nitro, W.Va. driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense.

Carol A. Demersman, 67 Sable Pointe Drive, Hurricane, W.Va., attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.

Brian L. Ervin, 602 Garrison Ave., Charleston, W.Va., nighttime burglary, assault during the commission of a felony, domestic battery, second offense and assault.

David L. Green, 1743 Pinetree St. N, Columbus, Ohio, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

John M. Harris, 39 Elview Trailer Court, Elkview, W.Va., daytime burglary, conspiracy to commit daytime burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Sandra S. Hatfield, 20 Cardinal Drive, Milton, W.Va., forgery (9), uttering (9) and fraudulent scheme.

Larry R. Herdman, 189-6 Cobb Hollow Road, Red House, W.Va., grand larceny.

Joshua M. Hinkle, 109 Dupont Road, Nitro, W.Va., breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Zachariah A. Husiar, HC 75 Box 107 1/2, Hamlin, W.Va., manufacturing a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (2).

Richard A. Jackson, P.O. Box 94, Bancroft, W.Va., failure to provide notice of registration changes (2).

Benjamin S. Johnson, 2414 Park Ave., Culloden, W.Va., nighttime burglary, grand larceny, fleeing in a vehicle from a law-enforcement officer, breaking and entering a vehicle (6), attempt to commit grand larceny, petit larceny (5), and attempt to commit petit larceny.

Michael W. Messer, 114 Main Street, Poca, W.Va., delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Joshua M. Morrison, Route 2, Box 223, Milton, W.Va., grand larceny and fraudulent scheme.

Thomas A. Myers, 6638 Trace Fork Road, Culloden, W.Va., delivery of a controlled substance.

Andre L. Pardue Jr., 404 Randolph St., Charleston, W.Va., possession of a stolen vehicle, speeding, reckless driving, fleeing in a vehicle from a law-enforcement officer resulting in bodily injury, leaving the scene of an accident involving injury to another (2), fleeing from a law-enforcement officer.

Jamie G. Peters, 2483 Main Street, Hurricane, W.Va., nighttime burglary.

Michele D. Reed, aka Michele D. Sanders, aka Michele D. Stover, 32 Quail Court, Buffalo, W.Va., delivery of a controlled substance (2)

Tammy L. Reynolds, 2926 Putnam Avenue, Hurricane, W.Va., embezzlement (4).

John W. Ruby, 3 Jefferson Road, Hurricane, W.Va., driving on a revoked license-DUI related-third offense.

Jonathan T. Simpson, 1142 Grandview Drive, Hurricane, W.Va., delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Lonnie W. Smith, 104 Fuller Street, Hurricane, W.Va., attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory.

Kimberly S. Steinbrecher, 545 Roby Road, Huntington, W.Va., robbery, first degree (2), and conspiracy to commit robbery, first degree.

Harold R. Stover, P.O. Box 582, Leon, W.Va., delivery of a controlled substance (2).

John E. Sustar, Route 3, Box 228, Branchland, W.Va., driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense and possession of a controlled substance (2).

Anthony F. White, 107 Mesa Drive, St. Albans, W.Va., operating a clandestine drug laboratory, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Candi N. Woodberry, 1313B Moore Ave., Dunbar, W.Va., driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense, driving on a revoked license-DUI related, forgery of a public document (3) and giving false information to a member of the Department of Public Safety.
