Police blotter: Owner of Perennial Favorites reports theft
Reports from the Huntington Police Department provided the following information:
The owner of Perennial Favorites Greenhouse on Madison Avenue reported several items stolen from the property sometime Monday night or Tuesday morning. Approximately $2,176 worth of trees and hay bales were reported stolen.
Reports from the Cabell County Sheriff's Department provided the following information:
Jason Ray Fleeman, 29, and Stacey Lynn Pack, 32, of Huntington were both charged Tuesday with felony robbery and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Their bonds were set at $50,000 each.
According to the sheriff's department report, Fleeman and Pack were allegedly involved in a robbery in Guyandotte earlier Tuesday. When police arrested the two at the Huntington Inn, it was reported they found morphine and oxycodone tablets and drug paraphernalia.
While Pack was being searched at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, a jail officer allegedly found a pill bottle that contained $220 worth of morphine and oxycodone tablets. Pack was also charged with delivering/transporting a controlled substance into a correctional facility.
Reports from the Western Regional Jail listed the following felony bookings:
Sheana Ann Maynard, 24, was incarcerated at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with two felony bail pieces. She also faces charges in Mingo County. She was detained without bond.
Richard Stephen Slone, 40, was incarcerated at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony grand larceny. He was detained without bond pending arraignment.
Carmen Ruth Slone, 31, was incarcerated at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with felony grand larceny. She was detained without bond pending arraignment.
Nathan Jack Toler, 25, was incarcerated at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony grand larceny and burglary. He faces felony nighttime burglary and grand larceny in Lincoln County. He also faces charges in Roane and Jackson counties. His total bond is $251,000.
Zachariah Abraham Husiar, 21, was incarcerated at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony warrant for failing to appear. His bond was $50,000.
James Paul Clendenin, 39, was incarcerated at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with a felony warrant in circuit court. He was held without bond.
