St. Albans man arrested on drug charges
WINFIELD, W.Va. -- A St. Albans man remained in the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville following his arrest on multiple felony charges in Putnam County.
Jail records confirm that Roy Eugene Roach, 40, was arrested Saturday on felony charges of possession with intent to deliver, operating a clandestine lab and possession of a controlled substance while in an altered state as well as misdemeanor charges of having no insurance and driving on suspended or revoked license.
The arrest made by the West Virginia State Police followed a routine traffic stop.
Roach's bond is set at $50,000.
