Twelve people indicted on charges ranging from robbery and shoplifting

CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- More than a dozen people were indicted Monday by a Boyd County grand jury on charges ranging from robbery to shoplifting, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.

They included:

Bryan L. Coleman, 28, Catlettsburg, was indicted on a charge of robbery.

Brittany Clary, 20, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of robbery.

Leland E. Prater, 47, of Argillite, Ky., was indicted on charges of theft and being a persistent felony offender.

Walter Clark III, 57, of Ashland, was indicted on charges of assault, domestic violence and being a persistent offender.

Glen E. Manning II, 42, of Catlettsburg, was indicted on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.

Billy J. Snow, 42, of Crab Orchard, Ky., was indicted on charges of flagrant non-support and being a persistent felony offender.

Bobby J. Brown, 49, no address listed, was indicted on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance.

Jessica McNeely, 25, of Louisville, was indicted on two counts of flagrant non-support.

Brandon E. Cerrito, 31, of Louisville, was indicted on a charge of flagrant non-support.

Brandon Prichard, 29, of Mary Ester, Fla., was indicted on a charge of flagrant non-support.

Ronnie M. Noble, 20, of Banner, Ky., was indicted on a charge of shoplifting.

Jason M. Bentley, 32, of Banner, Ky., was indicted on a charge of shoplifting.
