Huntington man arrested on child porn charges
HUNTINGTON -- A Huntington man was incarcerated Wednesday night on child pornography charges.
Stephen R. Bailey, 50, was charged with one felony count of possession of material depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct in a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court on July 2.
The complaint indicates Bailey had a zip drive in his home, which contained a video depicting two minors, who appear to be younger than 12-years-old, committing sexual acts. The zip drive was recovered when authorities executed a search warrant at Bailey's home.
Bailey was incarcerated at the Western Regional Jail, and his bond was set at $25,000.
