BLOTTER: Woman reports car was vandalized on Jefferson Avenue

HUNTINGTON -- The following information was provided by the Huntington Police Department:

A 30-year-old woman reported that her vehicle was vandalized while parked in the 1900 block of Jefferson Avenue. The incident occurred between midnight and 8 a.m. Friday. Damages were estimated at $1,000.

BURGLARY: A 72-year-old woman reported $700 cash stolen from her residence in the 1400 block of Grove Street. The incident occurred between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Friday.

STOLEN AUTO: A 28-year-old woman reported that her Chevrolet Malibu was stolen from her residence on Rutland Avenue between 5 and 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20. The vehicle was valued at $4,000. Police have a suspect.

LARCENY: An employee at Cabell-Wayne Animal Control, 1901 James River Road, Huntington, reported that a three-year-old female blue pitbull was stolen from the center between noon Tuesday, Sept. 25, and 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28. The animal was valued at approximately $900.

LARCENY: A 21-year-old reported the spare tire and wheel stolen off of a Land Rover while it was parked in the 1500 block of 7th Avenue. The incident occurred between 11 a.m. and noon Saturday. The items were valued at $475.

LARCENY: An 84-year-old woman reported that items were stolen from her residence in the 4600 block of Magazine Avenue between noon Saturday, Sept. 1, and noon Saturday, Sept. 22. Items reported missing included two handguns, jewelry, cash and miscellaneous credit cards. The items were valued at approximately $700.

LARCENY: A 29-year-old woman reported a spare tire and rim stolen off her 2012 Jeep Wrangler while it was parked in the 2900 block of 1st Avenue. The incident occurred between 6:40 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Items were valued at $500.

LARCENY: A 28-year-old woman reported her cellphone stolen while she was at a business in the 800 block of 7th Avenue between 11:30 p.m. and midnight Saturday. The phone was valued at $400.

LARCENY/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A 20-year-old woman reported items stolen from her residence in the 1500 block of 4th Avenue at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday. Items reported stolen included a television, entertainment center, gaming system and games, cellphone, purse, cash and more. Items were valued at approximately $1,050.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A 26-year-old woman reported bricks thrown through the windows of her residence in the 1100 block of 21st Street. The incident occurred between 11 p.m. Saturday and 3 a.m. Sunday. Damages were assessed at $300.

The following information was provided by the Cabell County Magistrate Court:

Dale W. Light, 30, of Culloden, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, failure to signal and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $20,600.

Gregory Darrell Johnson, 51, of Huntington, was charged with transferring and receiving stolen property and two counts of fraudulent use of an access device. Bond was set at $11,000.

Ellen Marie Conley, 23, of Huntington, was charged with three counts of uttering. Bond was set at $30,000.

Bruce Marsh, 21, of Proctorville, Ohio, was charged with two counts of fraud and related activity in connection with access devices, public intoxication, obstructing and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $25,100.

Tara Ray Roar, 32, of Huntington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $25,000.

Steven Fletcher, 23, of Huntington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $25,000.

Robin Smith Jr., 31, of Huntington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $25,000.

Kurqe Eugene Love, 26, of Huntington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Darrell L. Guthrie, 42, of Culloden, W.Va., was charged with being a person prohibited from possessing firearms. Bond was set at $20,000.

The following information was provided by Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:

Charles Michael Lester, 35, was incarcerated at 6 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Darrell Gregory Johnson, 51, was incarcerated Sunday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony fraudulent use of an access device and misdemeanor trespassing. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Zachary Heath Marks, 21, was incarcerated at 4:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with transferring and receiving stolen property greater than $1,000. Bond was denied.
