Meeting on pollution standards set for June 10
HUNTINGTON -- Hearings concerning pollution control standards for wastewater discharges to the Ohio River will be from 4 to 6 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at Pullman Plaza Hotel.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held by the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission. Hearings will aim to receive oral and written comments concerning proposed revisions to the commission's pollution control standards. Written testimony will be accepted until Friday, July 24, and should be directed to the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission, 5735 Kellogg Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45228.
Pullman Plaza Hotel is located at 1001 3rd Ave., in Huntington.
