Weather problems elsewhere delay flights
HUNTINGTON -- Inclement weather in Charlotte, N.C., delayed flights Thanksgiving morning linked to Huntington and Charleston, according to U.S. Airways' Web site.
A scheduled 5:26 a.m. departure from Tri-State Airport was delayed because of fog in Charlotte. The flight left more than five hours later at 10:35 a.m.
Similar problems early Thursday morning affected Washington and Charlotte air travel to and from Yeager Airport in Charleston. Those early issues then delayed other flights later in the day.
No other delays were reported at Tri-State Airport.
