WHAT IS CORNHOLE? Called everything from Corn Toss to Bean Toss to Indiana Horseshoes, Cornhole is a simple yard game similar to horseshoes and can be played singles or doubles.

Players, two to a team, stand about 33 feet apart and pitch or toss soft bags filled with feed corn at platform boxes that are 2-feet by 4-feet and sloped.

The object is get the corn bag into a hole cut into the platform. A corn bag in the hole has a value of three points and, like horseshoes, points are awarded for shots in the vicinity.

You get one point for a corn bag resting on the platform (it can't be touching the ground) and like horseshoes, your point is canceled out if your opponent also lands a bag on the platform. Teams play to 21.
