MILTON -- The town of Milton celebrated Independence Day with free hot dogs, ice cream, drinks and fireworks. The day also involved entertainment from The Gracemen, The Road Less Traveled, New Horizon, Samuel Hagley and The Waymarks.
Members of the American Legion Post 139 participated in the event's opening ceremony.
Kids were entertained with a rock climbing wall and other activities.
Fireworks wrapped up the day's festivities Thursday evening.
