Five jailed on felony charges on Sunday
HUNTINGTON -- At least five people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Gary Eldon Simpson, 45, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday in Putnam County on a felony charge of third offense domestic battery. Bond was set at $50,000.
Joseph Peirre Williams, 44, was arrested about 3:35 a.m. Sunday by a member of the Huntington Police Department on a charge of DUI third offense and driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI. No bond was set.
Robert Joseph Conover, 50, was arrested about 5:45 a.m. by a member of the Huntington Police Department on a felony charge of breaking and entering (auto) and a misdemeanor charge of fleeing on foot. No bond was set.
Johnnie Hall, 57, was incarcerated at 5 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Hall with driving a stolen vehicle, grand larceny auto, driving with a suspended license and no registration. No bond was set.
Richard Eugene Lusher, 35, was incarcerated at 7:25 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Lusher with a capias warrant. Bond was set at $20,000.
