Fun headlines weekend at Huntington Mall

BARBOURSVILLE -- The Huntington Mall kicked off the holiday weekend Friday with a variety of events, contests and fun stuff to do.
Kids of all ages were invited to play Twister for a chance to win a free pretzel from Auntie Anne's Pretzels, while M & M Inflatables provided children a place to play.
They also gave away reusable shopping bags to the first 100 customers Friday, something they'll do again Saturday. Those bags contain tip sheets on making your home greener. In addition kids can pick up coloring sheets with 'green' themes, which mall officials will hang in the windows of vacant stores.
There also is a sports card collector's show taking place in the mall.
The mall's holiday hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 4 and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 5.
