3 arrested on drug charges in Fort Gay
FORT GAY, W.Va. -- The Wayne County Sheriff's Office made three arrests Friday and issued warrants for a fourth person Friday in Fort Gay.
According a release sent out Friday evening, the sheriff's department was investigating suspected drug trafficking activities at a residence in the 8000 block of Polk Street in Fort Gay.
With the help of the Fort Gay and Wayne police departments and the Huntington Police Department's K-9 unit, authorities were able to take three people into custody.
Rita F. Napier, 52 of Fort Gay, is charged with three felony counts of aiding and abetting the delivery of a controlled substance and three felony counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Estill "Eck" Webb, 57, of Fort Gay, was charged with a felony count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and misdemeanor counts of obstructing and battery on a police officer.
Brett Henry Waller, 47, of Fort Gay, was charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
All are being held in the Western Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
