Drug Take Back Day today

HUNTINGTON -- The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27.

The event allows people to turn in unwanted prescription drugs to prevent the misuse of those drugs.

Drugs can be dropped off at the following Tri-State locations:Ebenezer Medical Outreach/Douglass Center, located at 1448 10th Ave. in Huntington; Milton Pre-K School, located at 1302 West Main St., Milton, which is the former Milton Middle School building; the West Virginia State Police Detachment located at 3336 U.S. 60 E. in Huntington; Kenova Police Department, 1600 Pine St., Kenova; and Kentucky State Police Post 14, 5975 U.S. 60, Ashland.
