Inmate escapes from work release center
HUNTINGTON -- Authorities are searching for a woman who escaped from the Huntington Work Release Center on Friday night.
Sandra Williams, 33, was discovered missing from the center about 9:35 p.m. during a inmate count.
She is described as a white woman with brown hair and green eyes. She is 5 foot 6 and 150 pounds and has multiple scars and tattoos on her body, including her neck and arms.
Williams was originally charged in Kanawha and Putnam counties with forgery/uttering and operating a clandestine drug lab.
The Cabell County Magistrate Court has issued a warrant for Williams' arrest for felony escape.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Huntington Work Release Center at 304-529-6885.
Two jailed on felony charges Saturday
HUNTINGTON -- Heather Marie Chinn, 23, was incarcerated at 11:20 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and driving under a suspended or revoked license. Bail was $15,000.
Dusty Ryan Hill, 24, was incarcerated at 8:50 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with fraud, conspiracy to utter and conspiracy to forgery. Bail was denied pending arraignment.
