Boyd grand jury returns 16 indictments
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- A Boyd County grand jury returned more than a dozen indictments Friday on charges ranging from burglary to theft.
Shane M. Dennis, 22, of Ashland was indicted on a charge of burglary.
Jason S. McCormack, 30, of Ashland, was indicted on charges of assault, wanton endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident and being a persistent felony offender.
Allison M. Thompson, 25, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property.
David M. Ritchie, 39, of Wurtland, Ky., was indicted on charges of theft and being a persistent felony offender.
Joseph L. Hardwick, 27, of Louisa, Ky., was indicted on charges of theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and being a persistent felony offender.
Divinia J. Wheeler, 43, of Raceland, Ky., was indicted on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument and being a persistent felony offender.
Nathan D. Hayes, 31, of Ashland, was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and being a persistent felony offender.
Harry W. Reynolds, 34, of Ashland, was being a persistent felony offender.
Michael E. Pennisten, 20, of South Point, Ohio, was indicted on a charge of receiving stolen property.
Joseph L. Hardwick, 27, of Louisa, Ky., was indicted on a charge of theft.
Peter Besana, 48, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of assault.
Jeff S. Jones, 28, of Flatwoods, Ky., was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use of credit cards.
Amanda D. Anderson, 30, of Ashland, was indicted on a charge of theft of identity.
Amanda J. Adams, 27, of Flatwoods, Ky., was indicted on a charge of theft.
Mary Lou Foley, 50, of Louisa, Ky., was indicted on a charge of theft.
Kenneth D. Moore, 52, of South Carolina, was indicted on a charge of theft.
