Two jailed on felony charges
HUNTINGTON -- At least two people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Dawn Marie Dunlap, 31, of Huntington, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Sunday. West Virginia State Police charged her with third offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI in Cabell County. Bond was set at $10,000.
Bobby Lee Sothen, 35, was incarcerated at 5 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Sothen with failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000.
