Holiday display coming together at Pullman

HUNTINGTON -- Pullman Square is getting ready for the holidays.

On Sunday, a crew put up a 30-foot, tree-shaped display of lights in the center of the square, to be lit after the annual Christmas Parade on, Tuesday Dec. 1.

The display is made up of 4,800 colored lights, to remain up through the holidays.

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Huntington-Ironton Empowerment Zone and TTA were the main contributors that provided funding for the display.

Steve Moore and Jeff Long of Red Nose Lighting out of Nashville, TN put together a 30-foot display of Christmas lights to be lit after the annual Christmas Parade Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at Pullman Square.
