He loves farm living, enjoys caring for and being around animals, especially horses. Raymond can also be found riding his bike or trying to make people laugh. Raymond is a very likeable and outgoing person; he has never met a stranger.
Raymond will need a family who will be able to provide him with plenty of one-on-one attention and be active in his educational needs; he is in the 10th grade. He will also need to continue counseling and behavioral management services.
