Blenko Project seeks photos of Blenko Glass
The Blenko Project at www.blenkoproject.org is seeking photos of Blenko Glass.
The project is a nonprofit group devoted to research and preservation of the history of glass making in West Virginia.
Blenko Project is seeking examples of the following colors:
Older glass: ice blue, nile, surf green, aqua, juniper.
Specialty lines: raindrop, regal, rialto.
Modern colors: slate, apricot, avocado, alpine, dusty rose, jungle, ebony, ginger, lavender, midnight blue, opaline yellow, topaz, violet, winter evergreen and lemon swirl.
If you have a glass item in one or more of these colors, please email a photo to theblenkoproject@aol.com. Be sure to include your name and contact information.
