Indictments: November 2012 Wayne County Grand Jury

The recent Wayne County Grand Jury has returned the following indictments. The charges were unsealed earlier this month. An indictment is merely a formal accusation of guilt, and accused defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

Keith Patrick Cox: Second offense stalking; second offense harassment.

Fred Michael Meinking: Burglary; grand larceny.

James Alfred Mann: Failure to register as a sex offender.

Tequila Renee Sutphin: First degree robbery.

Joshua Lee Ball: First degree robbery.

Jacob Charles Kurtz: First degree robbery.

Lawrence Basenback: Child neglect creating risk of injury.

Heather Nicole Burton: Child neglect creating risk of injury.

Christopher Lee Lovins: Breaking and entering; grand larceny.

Jeffrey Allen Carver: Breaking and entering; grand larceny.

Ryan Marshall Barnhouse: False pretenses.

Ronnie Lee Copley: Burglary; grand larceny.

Sara R. Worstell: Murder.

Bradley C. Thomas: Soliciting a minor via computer.

Angela Leigh Clark: Child neglect creating risk of injury.

Jennifer A. Trippe Wilson: Exposure of children to methamphetamine; operating a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory; possession of substances used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine.

John William Robinette: Sexual assault in the third degree.

Savanna Adkins: Child neglect creating risk of injury.

Kent Douglas Baker: Sexual assault in the first degree; sexual abuse in the third degree.

Nathaniel Steven Riddle: Sexual assault in the first degree.
