OLBH to host free health screening, information event
ASHLAND -- Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital is hosting a free health screening and information event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Ashland Town Center.
The event, dubbed "Dance for Your Heart," is in recognition of February's designation as American Heart Month.
Health screenings offered at the event include body fat analysis, cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure. Dance performances throughout the day will include demonstrations of Zumba, square dancing, clogging, tap, hip-hop, lyrical, line dancing, high school dance team, modern and wedding dance favorites.
The event will include informational booths on a variety of health topics and OLBH services. Also offered will be free face painting for children.
