Underwood Senior Center plans Valentine events
HUNTINGTON -- The Underwood Senior Center has planned a Valentine Dance/Local Celebrity Auction for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9.
The auction will include a chance to dance with Mayor Kim Wolfe, Commissioner Bob Bailey, Chris Tatum, Dee Delancey; David Pittinger, dean of the College of Liberal Arts of Marshall University, Marshall women's basketball coach Royce Chadwick and one of his players. Rick Ruggles will serve as deejay and Edna Booten as auctioneer.
The event is $5 per person, $4 if the person is wearing red. Refreshments will be provided.
The center is located at 632 9th Ave. in Huntington.
