15th annual Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes for Oct. 4

HUNTINGTON — The American Diabetes Association who host its 15th annual Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes Saturday, Oct. 4 in Huntington and Charleston.
The Huntington event will take place at Ritter Park and the Charleston walk is scheduled to take place in Coonskin Park. Both will begin at 10 a.m., with 8:30 a.m. check-in.
Both walks will raise awareness and funds for diabetes in an effort to find the cure and prevent the disease.
The association is currently looking for sponsors and walk teams.
