Faces of the Tri-State: Beth McVey

AGE: "Old enough."

FAMILY: Parents, Myra and Jim McVey, and three brothers: fellow Broadway actor Mark McVey of Ridgewood, N.J.; Philip McVey of Rockville, Md.; and Scott McVey of Evansville, Ind.

HOMETOWN: Huntington.

EDUCATION: Graduated from Huntington High in 1971, attended Marshall University and graduated from the Cincinnati Conservatory.

OCCUPATION: Performed on Broadway for 28 years and is back in Huntington as the executive director Arts Resources of the Tri-State and an instructor in voice, drama and speech.

NEXT ROLE: Dolly Levi in "Hello, Dolly!" opening this weekend at the Renaissance Center

FAVORITE ROLES: Mame in "Mame," and Aldonza in "Man of La Mancha."

WHAT SHE DID LAST SUMMER: Answered phones at Scott Orthopedic.
