Local hairstylist, makeup artist to reveal new makeup line today
HUNTINGTON -- Local hairstylist and makeup artist Brandy Ward will introduce the Ramy Beauty Therapy cosmetics line today, May 2, at Serenity Spa and Salon.
There will be a special one-day event featuring celebrity makeup artist Ramy Gafini. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Serenity, which is located at 420 11th St., in Huntington. Call 304-690-1002 to register.
Ramy's work has been seen on several national television shows and his looks have graced the runways of fashion shows such as Valentino and XOXO. Some of his celebrity clients include Barbara Walters, Brittany Spears, Cher, Rihanna and Kelly Ripa.
Ramy is a cancer survivor and the author of "Ramy Gafni's Beauty Therapy, the Ultimate Guide to Looking and Feeling Great While Living With Cancer."
Guests who purchase three products will receive an exclusive half-hour consultation with Gafni.
Wine, coffee and light refreshments will be provided.
