Two jailed on felony charges Sunday
BARBOURSVILLE -- Two people were jailed on felony charges Sunday, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Crystal Lon Napier, 35, was incarcerated at 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Her bond amount was not available.
Joshua Ryan Rowe, 23, was incarcerated at 3:25 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with public intoxication, breaking and entering and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $15,100.
