Nine sentenced in Boyd County Circuit Court
CATLETTSBURG, Ky. -- Nine people were sentenced to prison within the past week in Boyd County Circuit Court, according to the office of Commonwealth's Attorney David Justice.
Robert Vick, 41, of Ashland, was sentenced to six years in prison for burglary.
Robert Music, 45, of Louisa, Ky., was sentenced to three years in prison for shoplifting.
Joshua Howard, 27, of Ashland, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for trafficking in drugs.
Clyde Miller, 30, of Ashland, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for theft.
Buddy Miller, 28, of Ashland, was sentenced to two years in prison for theft.
Kimberly Edwards, 39, of Ashland, was sentenced to two years in prison for assistance fraud.
Jessica Peterman, 22 of Catlettsburg, was sentenced to a year in prison for fraudulent use of a credit card.
James Hayes, 30, of Flatwoods, Ky., was sentenced to a year in prison for theft.
Rocky Queen, 33, of Ashland, was sentenced to a year in prison for theft.
